Our artisan cheeses are hand crafted using a combination of traditional cheesemaking techniques combined with advanced modern technologies.
We utilize cream-line milk from our very own herd of dairy cows right here on the farm. Our cows received a balanced diet consisting of grasses, grains, and silage.
During the warmer spring and summer months, you can find the ladies lounging and grazing in one of our pastures.
